  2. Check to make sure you have a complete packet:
    • Candidate Statement Booklet
    • Letter from your General Manager
    • Ballot (with bar code and address sticker)
    • Return Envelope

  3. Please note that your ballot is on the reverse side of the page that has your address label and barcode

  4. Read Ballot Instructions carefully and complete your ballot

    (Peel off the label slowly and it should remove cleanly.)


  5. Please remove your address label before returning ballot

  6. Place completed ballot in return envelope, affix proper postage and mail it in by October 15th
